Bank POwer's GDPI Course Structure

Orientation about the interview in context of PSU Banks:

Personal interview preparation at Bank POwer is provided by senior/retired bankers, most of whom have been on interview panel of PSU Banks. The sessios starts with a detail discussion on what is the expectation of a bank from a candidate, what kind of questions a candidate can expect in interview and how to go about it all. On the very first day itself, candidates are guided about resume based questions, which each of them might be asked in the interview. 

Refresher Course on Banking Concepts:

The preparation for the Personal Interview for IBPS (or SBI) at Bank POwer starts with a crash course on various Economic Terminology, Banking terminology and current affairs. The refresher is aimed at getting you acquainted to relevant content.

Personal Interviews

Each participant will go through a series of interviews (minimum 3) and will be interviewed by a panel comprising Serior Bankers from Industry and other experienced trainers, who have years of experience in providing GD - PI Training. Individual feedback will be provided and progress monitored over the course of the series of interviews.

Faculty

The faculty comprises Sernior Bankers from various PSU Banks Such as SBI, Syndicate Bank, Punjab National Bank etc and other experts having more than 4-5 years experice in training students for GD - PI.
